		<description>Loved this article, but here&#039;s something else to ponder. Never BUY salad dressing again.  It is super easy, cheap, creative and fun to make your own salad dressing.  All whole food ingredients without added sugar, preservatives or other bad stuff.  
1/3 cup oil (olive or try some other healthy ones)
3 T vinegar (experiment! Balsamic, apple cider, etc)
Sprinkle of agave nectar, honey or maple syrup
Then the fun begins - experiment with some other things:
Mustard
Citrus juices
fresh fruit and nuts (braun hand held blender)
Fresh herbs
Salt
Pepper
ETC
It&#039;s easy to make and so much better than anything commerical!</description>
